- We are TWEET now, and we are moving to tweet.app. A federal court declined to enjoin our use of the Tweet mark and the bird logo, finding we are likely to prove X Corp. abandoned both. So we took the name nobody ever stopped saying.
- Two things are happening at once, and that is why we are still down. We are finishing the security hardening we started, and we are moving the whole platform across to tweet.app. We would rather do both properly than rush either one.
- Your handle, your founder number and your membership all carry over to the new name exactly as they were. There is nothing you need to do.
- Our goal is to get the app back up ASAP. Next update tonight, and we will keep updating whether or not we have good news.

- We were hoping to be back today. It is looking like tomorrow. The work is more security hardening and we are not going to cut it short to hit a date we set ourselves. We would rather delay, than ship something we are not sure of.
